This site prefers letters over dashboards. Messages are read by Jacob directly—there is no support queue pretending to be a person.
If your note concerns rights, adaptations, presses, wholesale orders, teaching, interviews, events, podcast appearances, invitations, collaborations, corrections, Beta Reader invitations, or anything that needs a sober second look, detail it in writing. One thread per topic helps keep manuscripts and obligations sorted.
Abuse and spam filters exist. Genuine readers are always welcome, even when the inbox is crowded.
